Automotive Manufacturers Private Limited has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Deepak Gupta to head its technology and artificial intelligence strategy.
In his new role as Group Chief Technology and AI Officer, Deepak will oversee the company’s complete technology, data, and AI roadmap across its diversified automotive ecosystem. He will be responsible for driving digital modernisation, enabling AI led innovation, and building scalable technology platforms to support a future ready and data driven organisation.
The company expects Deepak to play a key role in aligning technology with business priorities while accelerating the adoption of advanced digital capabilities. His mandate also includes developing robust platforms that can support long term growth and transformation across multiple business segments.
Before joining Automotive Manufacturers Private Limited, Deepak held several senior leadership positions in global and high growth organisations. He previously served as Chief Technology Officer at CARS24, where he led core technology initiatives. He also worked as Group Head of Architecture at Airtel Africa and as Global Head of Architecture at G4S, managing complex technology environments across regions.
Deepak’s professional journey further includes significant roles at Publicis Sapient and DXC providing claims management services. During these stints, he led large scale digital transformation programmes, enterprise architecture initiatives, and cloud driven innovation projects. His work spanned global and regulated environments, where he helped organisations modernise systems and improve operational efficiency.
With extensive experience across technology leadership, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation, Deepak brings a strong background to support the company’s vision of becoming a technology powered automotive enterprise.
