A key leadership appointment is set to support Magic EdTech’s global growth across digital learning and AI driven education. Runu Jain will lead the company’s global people and culture agenda as it expands its presence in the education technology ecosystem.
In her new role, she will focus on strengthening talent strategy, leadership development, inclusion, and organisational culture. Her mandate is aligned with Magic EdTech’s mission to operate at the intersection of technology, learning, and impact, while building teams that can support long term scale and innovation.
Before joining Magic EdTech, Runu Jain held senior human resources leadership positions at Birlasoft. She served as HR Business Partner Senior Director and Head HRBP, where she worked closely with business leaders to drive workforce strategy and people development. Earlier, she was HR Business Partner DGM at IBM, leading enterprise wide initiatives focused on workforce transformation and performance excellence.
Runu’s professional journey also includes human resources leadership roles at Genpact, FedEx, Amway India Enterprises Private Limited, and RPG Enterprises Limited. These roles have given her wide cross industry exposure and experience in building scalable and future ready people organisations.
With a career spanning multiple sectors and large global enterprises, Runu Jain brings deep expertise in talent management, organisational design, and leadership development. At Magic EdTech, her experience is expected to play a key role in shaping a strong people focused culture to support the company’s next phase of growth.
