In his new role, Umesh Kumar will lead digital transformation initiatives across workplace automation, ITES, and cyber security operations. He will be responsible for strengthening enterprise IT strategy, modernising infrastructure, and enabling secure and scalable technology platforms to support Incuspaze’s expanding flexible workspace ecosystem.
Before joining Incuspaze, Umesh Kumar served as Head of IT Infrastructure at Smartworks. In this role, he managed large scale IT operations and supported technology driven workplace solutions.
Earlier in his career, Umesh worked with The Knowledge Company, also known as Technopak Advisors. He also co founded Neeume Sales Pvt. Ltd. and held foundational technical roles at Open Solutions, now part of Fiserv, and WNS Global Services. These roles provided him with deep cross industry exposure across consulting, IT services, BPO and ITES, and enterprise technology environments.
Umesh Kumar’s appointment is expected to play a key role in advancing the digital roadmap of Incuspaze Solutions. His experience is also expected to strengthen cyber resilience and support the creation of future ready workplaces through technology led innovation.
