Axelera AI names Meghna Singh as Chief People Officer

Axelera AI has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Meghna Singh. The move comes as the AI hardware and software company scales its operations across key global markets.

In her new role, Meghna Singh will lead the people and culture agenda with a focus on leadership capability, workforce planning, and building systems that support rapid and sustainable growth. Her appointment aligns with a period of rising global demand for specialised AI talent.

Meghna Singh brings more than 15 years of experience across consulting, technology, and people advisory roles. Before joining Axelera AI, she spent several years at a global consulting firm, where she worked closely with senior leadership teams on talent development, professional growth frameworks, and people strategy. Her work was largely focused on digital and life sciences practices across Europe.

Earlier in her career, she held roles at Booking.com and Infosys. These positions gave her hands-on exposure to large scale recruitment, organisational development, and human resources operations in fast paced global environments. This blend of consulting insight and operational experience equips her to address the complex talent needs of a high growth AI organisation.

Meghna Singh holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a science degree from Delhi University. Her academic background reflects a strong mix of analytical thinking and people leadership.

Industry observers see the appointment as a strategic step by Axelera AI, underlining the importance of strong people leadership in deep tech companies competing for limited skills while building resilient organisational cultures.

As Axelera AI continues to expand its global footprint, Meghna Singh’s role will focus on aligning talent strategy with innovation goals, ensuring people capability grows in step with the company’s technology ambitions.
