Shashi Tiwari will lead the company’s people and culture agenda, bringing wide ranging global experience in human resources leadership.
In his new role, Shashi Tiwari will focus on human resources strategy, organisational development, rewards, talent management, and large scale workforce transformation. His experience spans multiple industries and geographies, adding depth to API Holdings’ executive capabilities.
Before joining API Holdings, Shashi Tiwari spent over 10 years at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. During this period, he held several senior roles including Senior Vice President Human Resources, Vice President Human Resources, and Vice President Performance and Rewards. His responsibilities covered support for the Global R&D Organization, Ichnos Glenmark Innovation, and multiple human resources Centers of Excellence.
Earlier in his career, he built a strong global human resources foundation at Infosys. He served as Head Compensation and Benefits for EMEA and APAC, Global Compensation Design and Policies Lead, and Senior Lead Global Compensation and Benefits. His role involved managing responsibilities across APAC, MEA, Europe, and the Americas.
Shashi Tiwari also gained early operational exposure at TNT, where he was part of the India road logistics start up team. This experience added to his understanding of business operations alongside human resources leadership.
With this appointment, API Holdings adds seasoned global expertise to guide its people strategy and support organisational growth across its operations.
