A seasoned leader with wide experience across multiple consumer focused sectors has taken on a key operational role at Dr Batra’s® Healthcare. Deepak brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across consumer goods, beauty and wellness, digital first businesses, and large scale service organisations.
In his new role, Deepak will focus on improving operational excellence across the organisation. His responsibilities will include strengthening patient centric care journeys and supporting the company’s mission to deliver accessible, holistic, and personalised healthcare to a wider audience.
Before joining Dr Batra’s® Healthcare, Deepak Pant held senior leadership roles at the RP Sanjiv Goenka Group. During his tenure, he led the Personal Care vertical and contributed to business growth and operational scale. His earlier roles include leadership positions at Purplle.com, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited, Marico Limited, and Procter & Gamble Singapore.
Deepak is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. Over the years, he has built strong expertise in marketing, brand building, digital transformation, category development, and P and L management. This experience is expected to support Dr Batra’s® Healthcare’s ongoing focus on patient friendly technologies and trust driven care delivery.
With his appointment, the organisation aims to further strengthen its operational framework while continuing to enhance the overall patient experience across its healthcare services.
