In this expanded role, Tanvi will lead global initiatives focused on strengthening talent strategy and enhancing employee engagement across regions. Tata Communications is a global digital ecosystem enabler supporting transformation for over 300 Fortune 500 companies. Tanvi brings close to 10 years of progressive HR experience to this responsibility.
Her association with Tata Communications spans nearly 5 years, during which she has held several important roles. Most recently, she served as Associate Director Talent Management and Employee Engagement, aligning talent programs with the organisation’s global growth objectives. Earlier, she worked as Chief of Staff to the CHRO, where she supported strategic HR governance and leadership engagement.
Tanvi also served as Senior Manager and Manager HR Business Partner at the company. In these roles, she partnered closely with business units to deliver agile HR solutions aligned with organisation wide transformation goals.
Before joining Tata Communications, Tanvi spent over 2 years at Reliance Industries Limited as Manager HR Business Partner. There, she supported key business verticals through performance enablement, talent readiness initiatives, and culture building efforts in a fast paced corporate environment.
She began her professional journey at Capgemini, working for 3 years as an Associate Consultant Human Resources. This role helped her build strong foundations in talent acquisition, onboarding, and organisational learning. Her early exposure to HR was further shaped through internships at DHL and Alembic Pharmaceuticals, where she gained hands-on experience in real world HR practices.
