A new leadership move has been announced at JPMorgan Chase as Azmina Poddar, also known as Azyoulikeit, has stepped into the role of Managing Director for Experience Design in the Consumer and Community Banking division. She brings with her a strong creative and strategic background built through senior leadership roles across global consulting and technology firms.
Azmina’s career reflects deep expertise in creative strategy, user experience design, studio leadership, and large scale design transformation. Her work spans several sectors, including digital advertising, travel, lifestyle, sports, and technology. Before joining JPMorgan Chase, she held key leadership positions at Accenture Song, Boston Consulting Group, and IBM. She has also worked extensively as a Design Consultant, shaping high impact experience driven solutions.
Over the years, she has served as Managing Director and Chief Creative Officer at Accenture Song, Regional Director for Design Studios and Design Studio Head for Asia Pacific at Boston Consulting Group, and Design Director for User Experience at IBM. In each of these roles, she led teams to deliver innovation focused and human centred design outcomes.
Her appointment at JPMorgan Chase marks the next phase of her journey in experience leadership. In her new role, she will focus on advancing experience design for consumer and community banking customers, with an emphasis on thoughtful design thinking and meaningful customer impact.
This move reflects her continued commitment to building customer focused experiences rooted in strong strategy and creative excellence.
