LanceSoft, Inc. has strengthened its global leadership team with the appointment of Puneet Grover as Global Chief Revenue Officer. This new role marks an important milestone in his career of more than twenty years across workforce solutions, enterprise technology and SaaS based business transformation.
In this global C suite position, Puneet will guide revenue growth across markets and industry segments. He will also lead the company’s strategic SaaS workforce technology business and help align its commercial vision with its goal of becoming a digital first and innovation driven enterprise. His responsibilities include advancing enterprise partnerships, enabling high velocity growth plans and building a unified global go to market strategy.
Before joining LanceSoft, Puneet played a key role at SimplifyVMS and a global technology solutions group where he served as Vice President for Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. He led multi market expansion efforts and supported the growth of enterprise SaaS operations. He earlier held leadership roles at NLB Services and spent more than eight years at a SaaS software company where he was part of the founding team. During that period he helped scale its SaaS systems, strengthen product direction and expand enterprise customer networks.
Earlier in his career, he worked with a technology company and another organisation where he managed the execution of major government technology projects. These experiences built his strong foundation in operations and technology leadership. His wide experience in revenue strategy, customer success and technology enabled transformation positions him to lead LanceSoft’s next stage of global expansion and reinforce its presence in workforce solutions and enterprise SaaS markets.
