A new initiative has been introduced to support SC and ST entrepreneurs as the Indian Institute of Management Raipur, working with the National SC ST Hub under the Ministry of MSME, has launched the Business Accelerator Program. The program is designed to strengthen the abilities of existing and aspiring business owners, start ups, and small enterprises by providing practical skills, industry knowledge, and structured guidance needed for growth.
The program focuses on improving business models, identifying promising markets, enhancing financial decision making, and using digital tools to increase operational efficiency. Participants will engage in concept sessions, case based discussions drawn from MSME experiences, hands on activities, and one on one mentoring clinics. These activities will help entrepreneurs address their business challenges and create clear action plans for the next ninety to one hundred eighty days.
According to an official statement from the Institute, the program follows a blended learning format that includes on campus sessions at IIM Raipur along with live online classes. It provides seventy two hours of structured instruction and eighteen hours of dedicated mentoring by faculty members from IIM Raipur, industry experts, and experienced practitioners. The aim is to offer a strong and transformative learning experience to every participant.
Those interested in joining the program must have a bachelor’s degree and be at least eighteen years of age. Registrations are currently open and will close on December fifteen, twenty twenty five. The course is scheduled to start on January seventeen, twenty twenty six.
The total program fee is ninety nine thousand rupees plus GST, which is fully sponsored under the NSSH scheme. Participants are required to pay only a registration fee of seven thousand five hundred rupees inclusive of GST as mentioned in the press statement.
