Siemens welcomes Sabine Schneider as new Head of People and Organisation

A leadership change has been announced at Siemens as the company confirmed the appointment of Sabine Schneider as the new Head of People and Organisation, effective January one, twenty twenty six. She will take over from Dr Shilpa Kabra Maheshwari, who will leave the organisation on December thirty one to pursue opportunities outside the company.

Schneider brings nearly three decades of experience in the people and organisation domain, with over twenty five of those years spent at Siemens. She currently serves as Senior Vice President for Talent Management at Siemens Mobility GmbH. Her background spans various leadership roles in learning, people development, talent management, and business partnering across Europe and Asia.

Before joining Siemens, Schneider worked at Bosch and Schering in Germany, contributing to multiple human resource functions. Her experience across global markets and diverse organisations is expected to support Siemens as it continues strengthening its talent and organisational strategies.
