Deepwatch has strengthened its global presence with the launch of a new Global Capability Center in Bengaluru. The company said the facility will accelerate development of its AI powered managed detection and response services and act as a major hub for advancing its threat detection platform. The center is designed to tap into India’s engineering talent and support continuous development cycles to deliver faster product upgrades for customers worldwide.
Chief Executive Officer John DiLullo said, “This expansion represents a fundamental shift in how we approach innovation. We are not just opening an office, we are creating a global development engine that keeps our customers ahead of evolving threats.” He added that India’s capabilities in cybersecurity, AI and enterprise software will help the company scale its platform while maintaining high precision and customer responsiveness.
Deepwatch plans to grow its Bengaluru team to more than one hundred professionals over the next eighteen months. Hiring has already begun across engineering, AI research and product development roles. According to Prasad Channabasappa, Managing Director for India, the new center will increase the speed of development. “Our customers will see faster rollout of new threat detection capabilities, enhanced AI models and platform improvements, all while receiving the same personalized support they have come to expect,” he said.
The center will focus on three key priorities: developing next generation AI systems to automate threat detection and response, building platform engineering capabilities to support a growing global customer base, and driving product innovations in areas such as threat exposure management. The facility includes collaborative workspaces that integrate with teams in North America, enabling a unified approach to engineering and service delivery across regions.
The company said the expansion supports rising enterprise demand for precise detection and response solutions that integrate with existing technology environments. The new capability center also positions Deepwatch for broader global growth as it evaluates further international expansion opportunities.
