Gaurav brings wide experience from global organisations such as Ernst and Young Global Consulting Services, JPMorgan Chase and Co., HSBC, and Escotel Mobile Communications Ltd.
In his new role, Gaurav will focus on strengthening culture, building an inclusive talent environment, and supporting organisational growth across the region. His career has been centred on leading large scale people transformation and human capital strategies. He is expected to drive important initiatives that align with Cisco’s vision for the future of work.
Before joining Cisco, Gaurav held senior leadership positions including Partner at Ernst and Young Global Consulting Services, Managing Director and Head of Human Resources at JPMorgan Chase and Co., and Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at HSBC. His earlier role at Escotel Mobile Communications Ltd as Chief Manager HR and TQM helped shape his foundation in people leadership.
Gaurav’s experience across these diverse organisations places him in a strong position to elevate Cisco’s people and culture agenda. He will play a key role in improving employee experience, talent development, and community impact.
