Bacardi India appoints Goodies Narayanan as Director of Marketing and CMO

Goodies Narayanan will oversee consumer and customer marketing for its well known portfolio that includes Bacardi, Patrón, Dewar’s, Grey Goose and Bombay Sapphire.

Goodies brings deep experience shaped across global and regional leadership roles. Before joining Bacardi India, she led International Marketing, Revenue and Growth at Coursera, where she drove strategy across APAC, EMEA and LATAM. Her earlier positions at a major streaming platform, a global healthcare company, a leading consumer goods company, an engineering firm and other organisations strengthened her skills in brand building, digital transformation and large scale market development. During her time at a major streaming service, she played an important part in expanding the platform to over 300 million users and led flagship campaigns including those linked to a major cricket tournament.

Reflecting on her new role, Narayanan shared that this move represents a meaningful return to core brand building after impactful experiences in consumer tech with Coursera and the streaming platform. She also highlighted the company’s commitment to diversity in senior roles and its influence on the rapidly evolving alco bev sector.

Her work in launching a global streaming platform in Southeast Asia, managing global categories at a healthcare major, driving regional innovation at a leading consumer goods company and supporting strategic transformation at an engineering organisation positions her well to guide Bacardi India’s next phase of brand growth and cultural relevance.
