Mr. Alajlan brings more than a decade of experience in human capital strategy, talent acquisition and HR business partnering across well known Saudi and multinational companies.
In his new role, Anas will guide people strategy, organisational development and leadership capability for the firm’s Saudi Arabia operations. His responsibilities include improving employee engagement, advancing workforce transformation and aligning human capital initiatives with the PWC Middle East’s broader goals in the Kingdom.
Before taking up this role, Anas worked as Manager, Human Capital Business Partner at a leading logistics services company, where he led HR transformation programs that improved employee experience and operational efficiency across the logistics value chain. He previously worked with a major food company, where he managed HR business partnerships and focused on performance management, organisational development and talent retention.
Anas also built strong multinational exposure during his time at a global healthcare company, where he served as Talent Acquisition Business Partner for Saudi Arabia. He worked on employer branding and workforce planning initiatives that supported business growth. His earlier career includes HR roles at two major Saudi organisations, where he oversaw large scale recruitment, capability development and people operations for fast growing business divisions.
Throughout his career, Anas has remained committed to building agile and people focused organisations. His appointment supports the consulting firm’s aim to strengthen its human capital leadership in Saudi Arabia while contributing to the Kingdom’s transformation journey under Vision 2030.
