Uttam’s background includes leading financial strategy, compliance and global expansion at Smokescreen, which was acquired by Zscaler. He has also held key finance leadership roles at Onward Technologies Limited, Geometric Talks and 3DPLM Global Services Software Solutions.
Across his career, Uttam Gujrati has contributed to financial planning and analysis, merger and acquisition assignments, enterprise resource planning reimplementation, investor relations and strategic business transformation. He has supported these functions across several organisations.
Uttam’s work at Geometric Limited, Smokescreen Technologies and other firms has focused on improving financial systems, enabling business expansion and supporting organisational goals. His experience positions him to guide Tata Technologies financial strategy during an important period of growth and transformation.
