Dubai based entity setup and management platform Arnifi has announced a major expansion in India with the launch of its new office in Bengaluru. Founder Manu Midha said the company will hire more than 100 people as part of this growth phase.
The new office marks a significant step in Arnifi’s India journey. Midha said the company will invest in technology and talent to enhance its capabilities and support the growing demand for international business setup services.
Arnifi India aims to help more companies establish their presence in overseas markets. According to Midha, the platform has already enabled over 500 businesses to set up entities globally. Many of these companies export their services and products, contributing to foreign exchange inflows for India.
Last week, UAE Ambassador to India Abdulnasser Alshaali highlighted that the India UAE Startup Series launched in June this year is turning economic diplomacy into practical opportunities. He said the initiative has become the largest start up program of its kind, drawing interest from more than 10000 founders across sectors. He also noted that India is now the third largest start up ecosystem globally with over 159000 recognised ventures, while the UAE continues to be a strong regional hub for emerging companies.
The UAE is India’s third largest trading partner, second largest export destination and fifth largest investor with cumulative investments of about USD 23 billion since 2000.
Midha added that the rise in the number of DPIIT recognised start ups over 1.59 lakh has created strong demand for trustworthy international setup and compliance services. He said start ups, SMEs and corporates are increasingly looking to expand to global markets and require reliable support systems.
Arnifi is an AI driven global entity setup and management platform that assists businesses in establishing and managing legal entities across international locations.
