Citi has announced the appointment of Manoj Goel as Head of Corporate FX Sales for India and the Indian Subcontinent. His addition strengthens the bank’s regional markets leadership and supports its focus on expanding its FX franchise across key corporate segments.
Manoj brings close to two decades of experience in foreign exchange, treasury advisory and corporate risk management. He is known for his strong market understanding and his ability to design FX solutions that create meaningful impact for large corporates. His expertise is expected to help Citi enhance its client engagement and deepen its presence across the region.
Before joining Citi, Manoj was Managing Director at a common organisation for more than 20 years. During this period, he led major treasury and markets functions and contributed to the growth of the corporate FX business in India. He is recognised for his analytical strength, a client focused approach and steady leadership in changing market conditions.
In his new role at Citi, Manoj is set to guide innovative FX strategies and further strengthen the bank’s market position across the Indian Subcontinent. His appointment reflects Citi’s commitment to supporting corporates with advanced treasury solutions and enhanced market expertise.
