Nothing has expanded its smartphone portfolio in India with the launch of the Phone 3a Lite, bringing the brand’s signature design and software experience to a wider audience. The device is available in Black, White, and a new Blue variant.
The Phone 3a Lite features a subtle transparent-inspired design with a glass back and an internal aluminium battery frame for durability. It sports a 6.77-inch flexible AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, 120 Hz adaptive refresh rate, 10-bit colour depth, and peak HDR brightness of 3000 nits for clear viewing in all lighting conditions.
The camera system is built around a 50 MP main sensor with Nothing’s TrueLens Engine 4.0, supporting Ultra XDR, Night Mode, Portrait, Macro, Motion Capture, and 4K video at 30 fps. A 16 MP front camera handles selfies and video calls.
Under the hood, the Phone 3a Lite is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro chipset with 8 GB RAM, expandable up to 16 GB using virtual RAM. Storage options include 128 GB and 256 GB, expandable up to 2 TB via microSD. Connectivity features dual 5G, WiFi 6, and Bluetooth 5.3. The phone runs Nothing OS 3.5 based on Android 15, with features like Smart Drawer, Private Space, App Locker, and offline Essential Search. Nothing promises three years of Android updates and six years of security patches, with Nothing OS 4.0 arriving in early 2026.
The 5000 mAh battery supports 33 W fast charging, reaching half charge in about 20 minutes, and 5 W reverse wired charging for accessories. With software and chipset optimisations, the phone can last close to two days on mixed usage.
The Phone 3a Lite will be available in India from 5 December 2025 via Flipkart, Vijay Sales, Croma, and major retail stores. Pricing is Rs 20,999 for the 8 GB + 128 GB model and Rs 22,999 for the 8 GB + 256 GB model. ICICI and OneCard users can avail effective prices of Rs 19,999 and Rs 21,999 respectively.
