Anjju Sharma joins Opella as its new people business partner

Opella has announced the appointment of Anjju Sharma as its new People Business Partner at the company’s Hyderabad centre, marking another step in strengthening its strategic human resources leadership. Anjju brings more than sixteen years of experience from roles at IBM Accelalpha, Netcracker Technology, Gramener, Colt Technology Services, and Aon.

Her background includes talent strategy, Global Capability Centre expansion, organisational development, and people focused transformation. She has also played a key role in building high performing teams, supporting cross border collaboration, and enhancing workforce agility across Global Capability Centres.

Opella, previously the consumer healthcare division of a global healthcare company and now an independent organisation, continues to build its vision of becoming a people first and future ready workplace.

In her new position, Anjju will guide the people strategy of the centre. She will focus on culture shaping, leadership development, and digital HR initiatives. Her experience in HR operations, analytics, DE and I, employee experience, and digital upskilling equips her to support Opella’s next phase of growth and innovation.
