ZS, a global management consulting and technology firm, has announced the opening of its new office in Hyderabad. Spanning around 50,000 square feet, the facility will accommodate 550 to 600 professionals. This expansion forms part of the company’s broader strategy to strengthen its capacity and enhance its end-to-end Global Capability Centre (GCC) offerings for clients. The centre will provide a variety of flexible engagement models, including packaged solutions tailored for GCCs, embedded functional expertise, and fully managed GCC-as-a-service options.
Hyderabad has emerged as one of India’s fastest-growing hubs for GCCs, particularly in healthcare and life sciences. The city’s thriving technology ecosystem and skilled talent pool in business operations, technology, analytics, and data engineering enable ZS to meet the evolving needs of GCC operations. With this new facility, ZS aims to deliver more tailored, high-impact solutions for its global GCC partners across the entire operations life cycle.
Mohit Sood, Regional Managing Principal at ZS, said, “GCCs are evolving from execution hubs to innovation and tech centres, and ZS is well positioned to support this industrywide transformation. We partner with GCCs to establish a strong foundation, scaled operations and future-proofed capabilities for long-term, enterprise-wide impact. The new office is a testament to ZS’s unique value, innovation and end-to-end service offerings to GCC clients. All of these factors have led to our strategic expansion within a year of our presence in Hyderabad. This move underscores our growth and commitment to building strong and long-term client partnerships, tapping into local talent and contributing to the GCC ecosystem.”
With more than four decades of industry expertise and a strong focus on data and artificial intelligence, ZS has built a competitive edge in healthcare and life sciences. The firm supports both new and established GCCs by developing robust foundations, designing efficient operating models, and driving technology-led transformations. For new centres, ZS helps define business cases, establish success metrics, and design transition roadmaps to accelerate value delivery. For existing GCCs, the company offers Build-Operate-Transfer and Enable models, powered by proprietary AI platforms such as ZAIDYN® and Max.AI Made by ZS™.
