Zoho Partners with Dell AI Factory and NVIDIA to Advance Enterprise and Agentic AI Solutions

Dell Technologies announced on Friday that Zoho Corporation is using the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA to power its enterprise and agentic AI capabilities. This collaboration supports Zoho’s proprietary multimodal large language models (LLMs) and other AI solutions, making advanced AI adoption more practical and accessible for businesses.

Zoho offers more than 55 products and its own AI tools, including the Zia LLM and agentic AI solutions, serving over 130 million users worldwide across sectors such as sales, finance, HR, and collaboration. To meet the growing demand, the company requires infrastructure that not only accelerates AI innovation but also ensures data sovereignty. This focus is part of its Indian datacentre development programme aligned with the government’s revised Digital Personal Data Protection rules.

“AI is most valuable when it delivers measurable business outcomes at scale,” said Venkat Sitaram, senior director and country head, Infrastructure Solutions Group, India, Dell Technologies. “The Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA is enabling innovators like Zoho and its customers to keep pace with AI innovation such as agentic AI. These powerful AI tools are equipping enterprises for the future without compromising on performance, trust, compliance, or sovereignty over their data.”

Through the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA, Zoho benefits from a high-performance, on-premises platform designed to speed up the development and deployment of advanced AI models. These solutions help businesses automate workflows, generate insights, and innovate securely.

The Dell AI Factory integrates Dell PowerEdge servers with NVIDIA’s accelerated computing and AI software, enabling rapid experimentation, prototyping, and efficient deployment of Zoho’s multimodal LLMs. These models, available in three sizes of 1.3 billion, 2.6 billion, and 7 billion parameters, are optimised for tasks like data extraction, summarisation, and code generation.

Zoho also offers a range of prebuilt AI agents through its Zia Agent Marketplace, which is powered by the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA. These agents, tailored to real organisational roles, allow businesses, ISVs, and developers to build and deploy custom AI agents with more than 700 available actions across Zoho’s suite of products.

“Through our collaboration with Dell Technologies and NVIDIA, we’ve built an AI infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and tailored to real-world enterprise needs,” said Ramprakash Ramamoorthy, Director, AI Research, Zoho Corporation. “From the Zia LLM to our Zia Agent Marketplace, we’re delivering practical, context-aware AI that helps businesses achieve faster time-to-value while protecting customer data. The Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA accelerated our AI model development with cutting-edge hardware and software, enabling faster time-to-value for us and our customers.”

The partnership also supports global scalability while ensuring privacy and compliance with local data sovereignty. By aligning with these principles, Zoho strengthens India’s role in advancing enterprise AI, contributing to global growth through innovation-led infrastructure.

The Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA combines Dell’s expertise in infrastructure and services with NVIDIA’s computing platform, delivering a strong foundation for AI workloads. Zoho leverages Dell PowerEdge XE-Series servers, NVIDIA accelerated computing, NVIDIA NeMo, and NVIDIA networking to build secure, high-performance LLMs. Additionally, Dell ProSupport for Infrastructure ensures maximum uptime, reliability, and productivity with 24×7 expert assistance and proactive issue resolution for Zoho’s critical AI systems.
