Zoho Corporation has announced the release of Ulaa Enterprise, a secure, enterprise-ready version of their privacy-first browser, along with deep AI integrations inside its CX platform. The announcements were made during the company’s yearly user conference, Zoholics USA. According to a statement from Zoho, these advancements assist businesses in improving customer satisfaction, security, and productivity with deep AI integrations driven by Zia, the company’s own AI engine.
Report generation with Ask Zia, an agentic feature that enables the user to generate a report with a prompt, is part of the Zia integration in the CX platform. Additionally, users may take use of custom module development, a no-code tool that lets them adjust field types, create modules, and change permission configurations in plain English.
Zia may now carry out tasks on the user’s behalf in her capacity as an agent. By introducing a visual design layer to the CRM, users can now bring a picture to life using the CX platform’s image-to-design feature, image to Canvas (a no-code design studio).
“In order to provide a great customer experience, multiple people in an organisation are involved. Yet, only a few have access to the necessary customer data, which is typically stored in a CRM. With CRM for Everyone, we are democratising not just access to CRM, but also empowering users from different functions to efficiently and effectively serve their customers,” said Mani Vembu, CEO, Zoho.
Ulaa Enterprise, a specially made browser for today’s browser-first, security-conscious workplaces, was also introduced by Zoho. With features like proactive threat detection, extensive policy controls, and data loss protection built right into the browser, Ulaa Enterprise gives organizations a safe, legal, and AI-powered browsing experience. According to Zoho, Ulaa has had a 2.5X increase in downloads and monthly active user counts worldwide since its inception in 2023.
Because Ulaa Enterprise is based on Chromium, it offers a recognizable user experience together with improved security measures. According to Zoho, its cross-platform compatibility—which includes support for iOS and Android—guarantees uniform security for any employee device, meeting the growing demands of a hybrid workforce.
Regarding the cost of these new features, Zoho points out that, unless otherwise indicated, clients’ licensing fees include AI capabilities. With a yearly option of ₹365 per device, Ulaa Enterprise costs ₹40 per device each month. Businesses may test out the whole feature set during a three-month free trial.
