Zoho introduces agentic AI features to simplify enterprise adoption

Zoho Corporation has announced the launch of new agentic AI features across its Collaboration, Customer Experience, and Human Resources products. The aim is to make enterprise AI adoption simpler and more effective by removing key barriers. These tools, offered at no additional cost, use Zoho’s unified platform to automate complex tasks across applications, making AI more practical and accessible for businesses.

“These agents take advantage of Zoho’s single tech stack to deliver value without extra integrations, time, or cost,” said Mani Vembu, CEO of Zoho. He explained that AI adoption in enterprises is often limited by data readiness, integration challenges, and high implementation costs. Zoho’s new features are designed to overcome all these challenges.

In the Collaboration suite, applications such as Mail, Cliq, Sheet, and Tables now include “Ask Zia,” which can perform multistep tasks automatically. A Lead Generation Agent has also been introduced to convert email-based sales queries directly into leads.

In Customer Experience, Zoho Desk now offers pre-built Zia Agents, including the Resolution Expert, which analyses ticket resolutions and enhances self-help resources for users.

In Human Resources, Zoho Recruit introduces tools like Candidate Matches, Job Matches, and an AI-Assisted Assessment Generator to improve and streamline recruitment processes.

With the integration of Zia Hubs and Zoho’s proprietary Zia large language model, these updates bring agentic AI capabilities across Zoho’s ecosystem of more than 55 business applications. This expansion reinforces Zoho’s mission to make enterprise AI adoption seamless, cost-effective, and efficient.
