Yudiz Solutions has named Bharat Thakkar as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), following the resignation of the previous CFO, Zarna Shah. The company’s board, after reviewing the recommendations from both the nomination and remuneration committee as well as the audit committee, confirmed Thakkar’s appointment.
Thakkar brings over 16 years of experience to the role, with a strong background in accounting, taxation, audits, and financial consulting. As a seasoned chartered accountant, Thakkar’s vast expertise will be a valuable asset in steering Yudiz towards its financial objectives.
Before taking on this new role, Thakkar was running his own independent practice. His firm specialized in financial reporting, compliance, and offering strategic advisory services to corporate clients, solidifying his reputation as a trusted financial expert.
Thakkar’s wealth of knowledge and experience positions him well to lead the financial strategies for Yudiz, ensuring the company remains on a solid financial foundation as it continues its growth in the blockchain and IT development sector.
“I am excited to take on the role of CFO at Yudiz and contribute to its ongoing success,” Thakkar said, expressing enthusiasm about his new role and the challenges ahead.
This appointment comes at a crucial time for Yudiz, as the company looks to strengthen its financial operations and expand its impact in the tech industry.
