Wipro Launches AI-First Platform TelcoAI360 to Transform Telecom Operations

Wipro Ltd, a prominent IT services firm, has introduced TelcoAI360, an AI-driven managed services platform designed to transform the telecom industry by improving operational efficiencies and lowering costs. This platform aims to empower Communication Service Providers (CSPs) to enhance customer experiences while optimizing workflows and boosting network performance.

Created in partnership with Wipro’s AI ecosystem and utilizing ServiceNow’s telecommunications solutions, TelcoAI360 is specifically crafted to assist telecom operators in scaling their technology infrastructure effortlessly. By merging AI-driven tools with Wipro’s industry knowledge, the platform improves automation, resource management, and service reliability, ultimately reducing operational expenses for CSPs.

TelcoAI360 offers a cohesive framework that integrates various telecom technologies, ensuring smooth compatibility with existing systems. Its intelligent automation, real-time monitoring, and predictive maintenance features are designed to enhance network reliability and prevent service interruptions. Furthermore, AI-driven security measures provide real-time threat detection and fraud prevention, strengthening data protection for telecom providers.

The platform includes a variety of features tailored to meet the unique requirements of telecom operators, such as:

The introduction of TelcoAI360 is anticipated to enhance efficiency in telecom operations, solidifying Wipro’s role as a leading innovator in AI-based solutions for the sector. At the same time, Wipro’s shares showed a favorable market response, ending at ₹284.70 on the BSE, which represents a 1.73% rise.
