Weave, a customer experience and payments software provider for small and medium-sized healthcare businesses, has announced the appointment of Abhi Sharma as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Abhi joins the leadership team with a strong background in global research and development, along with proven success in scaling AI-powered technologies. His career includes senior roles at major technology companies, including Salesforce, Oracle, Amazon, and Microsoft. Most recently, he served in a leadership role at a global communications company, where he managed R&D for a business unit generating USD 4 billion in revenue. Under his leadership, the team supported over a trillion emails and 150 billion messages annually, while introducing AI-powered omnichannel communication solutions.
Since joining Weave five months ago, Abhi has already made a significant impact. He has developed a clear technical vision, fostered a collaborative culture, and introduced a customer-centric and data-driven decision-making process across teams.

In his new role, Abhi will oversee Weave’s technology strategy and execution, with a key focus on integrating AI across the platform. He will also lead the unification of Weave’s offerings with TrueLark, a company Weave acquired in May 2025.
