Vodafone Qatar has partnered with the Khwarizmi Artificial Intelligence Center (KAIC) in Doha to accelerate AI innovation across the country. The collaboration was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding signed by Mohamed Mohsin Alyafei, Enterprise Business Unit Director at Vodafone Qatar, and Firas Sleiman, Founder of KAIC.
The partnership aims to transform the telecom and enterprise sectors by deploying advanced AI technologies. Vodafone Qatar said the focus will be on creating AI-powered user experiences that improve customer satisfaction, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver digital solutions aligned with the changing needs of Qatar’s business and telecommunications landscape.
Industry experts highlight that collaborations between telecom leaders and specialized AI institutions are essential for bridging the gap between research and practical implementation. This ensures that AI innovations result in real-world benefits for businesses and consumers.
Through this initiative, Vodafone Qatar and KAIC are demonstrating their commitment to supporting Qatar’s broader digital transformation journey and contributing to the nation’s vision of becoming a regional hub for technology-driven growth and innovation.
