Vivo T5 Pro 5G teased for India launch with 9,020mAh battery

In a fresh update to its T series lineup, Vivo has started teasing the arrival of its upcoming smartphone in India, revealing key features ahead of launch.

The company confirmed that the Vivo T5 Pro 5G will launch in India soon, although the exact date has not been announced yet. A dedicated microsite for the device is now live on an e-commerce platform, confirming its availability online.

One of the biggest highlights is its 9,020mAh battery. Vivo claims this will make it the slimmest smartphone to feature such a large battery capacity. The device is also expected to support up to 120 fps gaming, targeting performance-focused users.

In terms of design, the smartphone will feature a dual rear camera setup placed inside a pill-shaped module. The power button and volume keys are positioned on the left side, while the right side appears clean. At the bottom, users will find a USB Type-C port, speaker grille, and SIM tray.

Reports suggest the phone could launch in mid-April and may be priced between Rs. 30,000 and Rs. 35,000 in India. It is likely to be available in Cosmic Black and Glacier Blue colour options.

The Vivo T5 Pro 5G is expected to feature a 6.8-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. It may be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset and run on Android 16-based OriginOS 6. The device is also tipped to support 90W wired fast charging.

Additionally, the handset could come with IP68 + IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, making it more durable.

With these features, Vivo aims to position the T5 Pro 5G as a powerful and feature-rich mid-range smartphone.
