Vivo launches X300 Ultra and X300s with 200MP cameras and flagship specs in China

Expanding its premium smartphone lineup, Vivo has introduced the Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300s in China, bringing high-end cameras, powerful chipsets, and advanced accessories to the market.

The Vivo X300 Ultra is positioned as the flagship model, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, while the Vivo X300s runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor. Both devices feature 200-megapixel Zeiss-backed camera systems, teleconverter support, and run on Android 16-based OriginOS 6.

In terms of pricing, the X300 Ultra starts at CNY 6,999 (Rs. 95,900) for the 12GB + 256GB variant, going up to CNY 8,999 (Rs. 1,23,300) for the 16GB + 1TB Satellite Communication Edition. The X300s starts at CNY 4,999 (Rs. 68,500) and goes up to CNY 6,999 (Rs. 95,900) for the top variant. All models include 200GB cloud storage for 2 years, valid until May 5. The Ultra comes in Black, Film Green, and Silver Tone, while the X300s is available in Dream Core Purple, Film Green, Silver Tone, and Titanium Black.

The X300 Ultra features a 6.82-inch 2K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and runs on a 3nm chipset with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. It houses a 200MP main camera, 50MP ultrawide, and 200MP periscope telephoto lens with 3.7x optical zoom and up to 105x digital zoom. It supports 8K video and includes teleconverter options like the “Big Gun” 400 and “Lipstick” 200. The device packs a 6,600mAh battery with 100W wired and 40W wireless charging.

The X300s offers a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with up to 144Hz refresh rate and is powered by a 3nm MediaTek chip. It includes a 200MP main camera, 50MP ultrawide, and 50MP telephoto lens with up to 3x optical zoom and 100x digital zoom. It supports 4K video recording and features a 7,100mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.

Accessories include teleconverter bundles, imaging kits, and a Professional Video Expansion Kit developed with SmallRig. These will be available in limited quantities starting April 3, with additional kits launching later in April 2026.
