In his new role, he will focus on strengthening GCC operations and supporting enterprises in building and scaling high impact next generation centres across India.
Before this appointment, Vishnu led the GCC practice at KGiSL, where he worked closely with CXOs to help transform GCCs from cost driven delivery units into strategic transformation hubs. He brings deep experience in talent intelligence, research centres of excellence, and GCC advisory.
His professional journey also includes roles at organisations such as Draup and Zinnov. This diverse background highlights his strong mix of strategic thinking, operational execution, and ecosystem leadership.
