Vishal Raigagla joins Raymond Lifestyle Limited as Interim Chief Financial Officer

Vishal has been a part of Raymond Lifestyle for over three years, holding several key roles including Finance Controller, Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, and CFO for New Businesses. In these positions, he has been instrumental in strengthening financial governance, improving operational efficiency, and implementing strategic initiatives that have supported the company’s long-term growth.

With more than 20 years of experience in financial strategy, risk advisory, and enterprise transformation, Vishal brings deep expertise across multiple industries, including retail, textiles, FMCG, consumer goods, chemicals, and manufacturing.

Before joining Raymond Lifestyle, Vishal held leadership roles at Nexdigm (SKP), Mahajan and Aibara, and KPMG, where he specialised in mergers and acquisitions, governance, SAP S/4HANA implementation, and risk management across global markets.

A Chartered Accountant and an experienced financial strategist, Vishal is recognised for his ability to align business objectives with sound financial practices and to drive organisational agility.
