Hyderabad-based technology and business transformation company Indigrators names Vishal Mani as its new Chief Executive Officer. Vishal brings over 20 years of leadership experience across Global Capability Centers, software R&D, shared services, and enterprise consulting. His expertise is expected to drive Indigrators’ next phase of global growth.
Under Vishal’s leadership, Indigrators plans to scale its consulting and delivery capabilities, helping enterprises optimise digital operations through global talent models and intelligent automation.

Before joining Indigrators, Vishal served as Managing Director of Nemetschek India, where he led the organisation for over 12 years, building it into a centre of excellence for global operations. He has also held leadership roles at Infosys, Knack Systems, and Cargill, delivering large-scale technology solutions across the U.S. and Europe.
A recognised GCC thought leader and global speaker, Vishal has helped multinational corporations design and scale next-generation capability centres in India.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Vishal is committed to social impact initiatives through his NGO, Saritansh, focusing on community development and empowerment. He holds an MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi.
