Vineet Singhal has been promoted to the position of Vice President Franchise Operations for the Caribbean Islands at The Coca-Cola Company. This new role marks a significant step forward in Vineet’s accomplished career with the global beverage leader. As Vice President, he will lead franchise strategy, commercial execution and collaboration with partners across the Caribbean Islands region.
Vineet has been with The Coca-Cola Company for over eleven years and has played key roles in shaping the company’s performance across India and South-West Asia. His previous roles include Senior Director of Revenue Growth Management and Integrated Execution, Head of E-Commerce India and Director of Operations. In each of these positions, he led strategic initiatives focused on revenue growth, digital transformation and execution excellence while aligning with shifting consumer behaviors and trends.
Earlier in his journey with Coca-Cola, Vineet also served in several leadership roles such as General Manager Operations North, Senior Manager Commercial Planning and Franchise Operations Manager. In these roles, he was instrumental in improving route-to-market strategies, building franchisee capabilities and driving strong cross-functional alignment across North India markets.
Before joining The Coca-Cola Company, Vineet spent more than three years with Johnson and Johnson Vision as Regional Sales Manager where he managed the contact lens business in North India. He also held early leadership roles at ITC Limited where he handled portfolios in food products and market research across key territories including South Maharashtra, Coastal Andhra and Greater Kolkata. He began his professional career as a Software Engineer at Infosys Technologies Limited, where he worked on telecom domain projects and built a strong technical foundation.
Vineet is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode where he completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Operations.
