EXL has added experienced leadership to its team with the appointment of Vineet Prasad. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and enterprise reporting across insurance, healthcare, and technology driven organizations.
In his new role at EXL, Vineet Prasad is expected to strengthen data and analytics capabilities by supporting large scale programs and enterprise reporting initiatives. His background includes delivering analytics solutions that enable informed decision making and operational efficiency.
Before joining EXL, Vineet Prasad served as AVP Data and Analytics Delivery Leader at Coforge. In this position, he led large scale analytics programs for global insurance partners, managing complex delivery requirements and stakeholder expectations.
Earlier, he held senior leadership roles at Incedo Inc. as Associate Director and Senior Manager. He also worked at Niva Bupa Health Insurance as Deputy Vice President BI and Data Analytics, where he drove enterprise wide BI transformations and data led decision making initiatives.
In the earlier phase of his career, Vineet Prasad held key roles at Apollo Munich Health Insurance Company Ltd., Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., Baxter Healthcare which is part of Baxter International Inc., and Satyam Computer Services Ltd., now part of Tech Mahindra. Across these organizations, he delivered BI architecture, data warehousing solutions, executive dashboards, and large scale analytics platforms.
Throughout his career, he has worked closely with CXOs and cross functional teams. His experience spans strategic planning, project leadership, operational efficiency, and analytics driven business solutions. This broad exposure further strengthens EXL’s data and analytics leadership capabilities.
