Kumar, who most recently held the position of Head of HR and Administration at Dixon Technologies, is revered for his deep command over end-to-end HR operations, regulatory compliance, and people-centric strategy. At DMart, Kumar will be entrusted with rolling out holistic HR frameworks, driving employee development programmes, and fostering alignment between people and business strategies. DMart, founded by visionary Radhakishan Damani, has grown from its first store in Powai in 2002 to more than 415 stores nationwide, spanning major Indian states like Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, and Andhra Pradesh.
