Vinammra has been part of the company for more than two and a half years, most recently serving as Zonal HR for the North Zone. During this period, he guided a team of regional HR business partners and oversaw essential functions such as talent acquisition, performance management and compliance. His work played an important role in improving people processes and aligning HR strategies with organisational priorities across varied markets.
Before joining Axis Max Life Insurance Limited, Vinammra worked with Indusind Bank as Zonal Manager AVP HR. There, he looked after HR operations for 123 branches covering liability sales and branch banking. His expertise in HR business partnering and workforce management supported improvements in employee productivity and engagement within a fast growing banking network.
Earlier, Vinammra was Team Lead HR Business Partner at BYJU’S, where he handled HR operations and performance management frameworks for large sales teams. His professional journey also includes roles at Max Life Insurance, Bharti Airtel and Access Technology, giving him broad experience in HR policies, employee engagement and talent development across different industries.
In his new role as Assistant Vice President and Zonal Head Human Resources, Vinammra will continue to lead strategic HR initiatives across the North 1 and East 2 zones. His focus will include strengthening workforce capability, building leadership pipelines and fostering a culture of excellence across the company’s extensive life insurance network.
