With over 20 years of rich experience in the HR space, Vijay brings a legacy of influence, having served nearly two decades at Citigroup in prominent HR leadership positions across South Asia and the ASEAN region. His most recent chapter at Citi saw him as the Head of Human Resources for India Global Capability Centers and Head of Labor Relations for the Asia South Cluster.
During his tenure, he was instrumental in scaling Citi’s India GCCs into a high-performing global talent hub of more than 30,000 employees. His contribution towards aligning people strategy with business goals, while fostering employee advocacy, wellness, and inclusive cultures, became a hallmark of his leadership.
