Unispace India, a global workspace design and strategy firm, is targeting revenue of ₹350 crore by the financial year 2026, driven by the strong growth of global capability centres (GCCs) in India. The company’s Country Director, Abi Roni Mattom, confirmed the projection and highlighted the expanding opportunities in the sector.
At present, Unispace operates from Bengaluru and Mumbai. By 2026, the company plans to expand its presence into Tier I cities including Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Delhi, strengthening its nationwide footprint.
India has emerged as a leading hub for GCCs, with rapid scaling across industries such as technology, life sciences, financial services, and professional services. Unispace has already delivered modern office transformations for multiple global enterprises and believes it is well positioned to capture the next phase of large GCC expansions, particularly in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Pune.
According to Mattom, Unispace has built a robust pipeline of enterprise-level projects that will further accelerate its growth. He added that the company is committed to consolidating its leadership in workplace transformation by serving new clients and widening its geographic reach.
With GCCs increasingly investing in India to set up innovation hubs and operational centres, Unispace expects strong demand for its expertise in designing workspaces that align with global standards while adapting to local requirements.
