Uniphore raises $260 million in Series F to expand Business AI Cloud platform

Chennai and US-based enterprise AI company Uniphore has raised $260 million in a Series F funding round. Participants included Nvidia, AMD, Snowflake, and Databricks, along with financial and sovereign investors such as NEA, March Capital, BNF Capital, National Grid Partners, and Prosperity7 Ventures.

The funding will accelerate innovation on Uniphore’s Business AI Cloud platform and expand its enterprise client ecosystem. The round values Uniphore at $2.5 billion, reflecting its growing role in helping large organisations scale AI adoption.

Hemant Dhulla, vice president of Nvidia AI Software, said, “We see Uniphore as a leader in business AI, enabling an agentic enterprise. By combining a sovereign and secure approach with seamless model orchestration and rapid deployment of AI agents, Uniphore is helping organisations unlock meaningful business outcomes while maintaining control of their data and workflows.”

Umesh Sachdev, co-founder and CEO of Uniphore, added, “This unique combination of capital and strategic alignment validates Uniphore’s position as the Business AI leader. We are seeing exponential adoption from Fortune 500 and other large companies, and this investment allows us to deliver even greater impact and accelerate innovation on behalf of our customers worldwide.”

The Business AI Cloud platform serves more than 2,000 global enterprises, including Allstate, The Washington Post, Priceline, Atlassian, Bloomberg Media, Dell, and Skechers. It is used to improve efficiency, personalise customer experiences, and drive growth.

Several companies are leveraging Uniphore’s platform for key use cases. KPMG uses it to enhance procurement, workforce, and finance functions across banking, insurance, and energy. Konecta employs AI agents for multilingual service, quality assurance automation, agent coaching, and workflow orchestration. Oscar Vergé, Chief AI Deployment Officer at Konecta, said, “Uniphore’s Business AI Cloud helps us turn Konecta’s operational know-how into AI that scales.”

Executives from AMD, Snowflake, and Databricks highlighted Uniphore’s ability to move AI from pilots to full-scale production, automate workflows securely, and deploy generative AI agents efficiently.

Existing investors NEA, March Capital, and National Grid Partners also increased their exposure. Uniphore recently launched Business AI Cloud in spring 2025 and acquired ActionIQ and Infoworks, with announced deals for Orby AI and Autonom8. These moves aim to strengthen talent, accelerate enterprise AI adoption, and help clients automate workflows using AI trained on proprietary data.
