A planned leadership transition at TVS Supply Chain Solutions marks a key step in the company’s long-term succession strategy as it strengthens its global presence and execution capabilities.
This appointment comes ahead of the planned retirement of Managing Director Ravi Viswanathan. The company said Viswanathan will continue in his role through FY27 to ensure continuity and operational stability during the transition.
The move is part of a structured leadership plan aligned with TVS SCS’s focus on sustained global growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation as it scales across international markets.
Chadha brings over 30 years of leadership experience across large, multi-country operations. He has led businesses with revenues exceeding $1 billion and has overseen complex global organisations, making him well positioned to guide the company through its next phase of expansion.
Before joining TVS Supply Chain Solutions, Chadha served as Chief Executive Officer of Jumbo Electronics Company Limited (LLC), Dubai. During his more than 4 years there, he led diversified consumer and enterprise businesses across the Middle East, driving business transformation, digital adoption, and profitable growth.
Earlier, he spent over 12 years at Honeywell in multiple senior leadership roles. These included Vice President – Sales Excellence, where he worked with global commercial teams to improve sales productivity, and leadership of Honeywell’s Commercial Security Global Business P&L. He also served as Vice President – Honeywell Building Solutions Europe, overseeing operations across 20 countries.
Chadha was President – Honeywell India, where he managed commercial business and exports with a workforce of 15,000 employees across 50 cities. As Managing Director – Honeywell Automation India Limited, he led a $300 million listed entity, strengthening governance and growth momentum.
Earlier in his career, Chadha was a Consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising clients across consumer electronics, telecom, banking, and real estate. He also served as National Sales Manager – India at Sharp Electronics and began his career at Larsen & Toubro Limited as a Graduate Engineer Trainee, later becoming Branch Sales Head – Telecom Products.
Chadha holds a Post Graduate Program in Finance and Marketing from the Indian School of Business.
