A move to deepen its presence in consumer goods logistics has led TVS Supply Chain Solutions to acquire a regional third-party logistics provider with strong roots in southern India.
TVS Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) announced the acquisition of Hyderabad-based Swamy & Sons 3PL (S&S3PL) on Wednesday. The transaction was completed through its wholly owned subsidiary FIT 3PL for an enterprise value of ₹88 crore and will be funded through internal accruals.
S&S3PL has built strong expertise in FMCG logistics over the years and serves leading customers across India. It also has a well-established operating base and key customer relationships in the FMCG and FMCD segments, with a strong footprint in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
TVS SCS said the deal strengthens its India operations by improving national scale, sector reach, and regional execution in consumption-driven markets. It also boosts the company’s distribution and last-mile delivery services, especially in high-growth regions such as Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, ensuring smoother market coverage.
The acquisition is expected to support revenue growth and improve margins through operational synergies and scale benefits, using TVS SCS’ 20 million sq. ft. warehousing network.
