Tray.ai Acquires Israeli AI Startup Vanti in Multi-Million-Dollar Deal

Tray.ai, a technology firm based in the United States, has purchased the Israeli AI startup Vanti in a deal valued at several million dollars through a share exchange.

Founded in 2019 by Smadar David and Nir Osiroff, Vanti specializes in creating AI agents designed to enhance manufacturing and industrial operations.

Its no-code AI platform is utilized by major global companies such as Seagate and Flex, allowing manufacturing teams to swiftly create and implement predictive models.

Vanti has secured $22 million in funding from investors, including Insight Partners and True Ventures.

This acquisition will incorporate Vanti’s adaptive AI technology into Tray.ai’s platform, improving the development of AI agents for enterprise use.

Rich Waldron, CEO of Tray.ai, highlighted the strategic importance of Vanti’s knowledge modeling and process optimization expertise.
