NTT DATA Business Solutions has announced the appointment of Tirumala Reddy Koduri as Executive Head of People and Culture for the Asia Pacific region and India. This marks an important step in her career of over twenty years in human resources and talent leadership. In this role, she will lead people strategy, organizational culture, leadership development and employee experience across the region, supporting the company’s broader transformation and growth plans.
Tirumala has been closely associated with NTT DATA Business Solutions, where she earlier served as Vice President People and Culture, Corporate Communications and Branding. During her previous tenure, she led major human resource initiatives, strengthened the company’s employer brand, and encouraged a culture focused on collaboration and innovation. Her efforts were central to improving employee engagement and building a unified organization during a period of digital expansion and business growth.
Before returning to NTT DATA, Tirumala worked as Vice President Human Resources at Arete, where she guided strategic HR operations and talent management frameworks that supported organizational scaling. She also served as Vice President Human Resources at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, where she managed HR strategies in India and ensured alignment with global standards.
Tirumala earlier career includes eight years at FactSet Systems India Pvt. Ltd. as Senior Manager Recruiting. She also worked with Deloitte, Monster India and 247.ai, gaining deep expertise in talent acquisition, culture building and leadership development. Over the past two decades, she has consistently focused on strengthening high performing teams and promoting workplace cultures that value innovation and inclusion.
