Hive Streaming has appointed Tea Svensson as its Chief People Experience Officer, marking a key milestone in her career. In this role, Svensson will lead the company’s people strategy, enhance employee experience, and strengthen the integration between workforce practices and the digital workplace.
Svensson has been with Hive Streaming for over five years. Most recently, she served as Head of People Experience, where she led the People Experience Office for nearly four years. During this period, she successfully integrated employee journey touchpoints and fostered a culture of self-leadership, psychological safety, and agility. Her efforts were critical in creating a seamless and human-centric employee experience across the organization.
Earlier, Svensson worked as an HR Business Partner at Hive Streaming, where she was the company’s first HR professional. She played a pivotal role during the company’s hypergrowth phase by crafting a global people strategy, embedding core values, and developing scalable systems to support rapid expansion. Her leadership included talent planning for more than fifty new recruits.
Before joining Hive Streaming, Svensson spent over four years at Academic Work in Stockholm. She began as a Staffing and Recruitment Assistant and later became Consultant Manager, managing over eighty consultants across the entire employee lifecycle. Her work supported clients in workforce planning, gap analysis, and decision-making, contributing to more effective talent solutions.
With her extensive experience in people operations, talent management, and employee experience, Svensson is expected to further strengthen Hive Streaming’s organizational culture while supporting its growth and global ambitions.
