With over 25 years of global experience across industries and continents, Prashantan brings a rich blend of wisdom and innovation to the role. His career journey spans across India, South Africa, and the broader APJ region, offering him an intricate understanding of cross-cultural teams and business needs. Before this appointment, he played a crucial part in various HR leadership positions at leading global enterprises, most recently at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), where he spearheaded numerous talent, transformation, and inclusion initiatives.
At TD SYNNEX, he will now be responsible for nurturing a workplace culture rooted in diversity, growth, and purpose. As he takes charge, Prashantan is expected to lead talent strategy, enhance employee engagement, and drive leadership development initiatives across APJ.
