Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) a global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions, has partnered with Cisco to launch a Center of Excellence (CoE) in Hyderabad for Autonomous Enterprise Operations. The CoE aims to help enterprises move from rule-based automation to intelligent, self-governing operations that understand the context in real-time and take actions on their own. By enabling Zero-touch operations, the CoE will help organisations reduce complexities in operation and deliver exponential business outcomes by eliminating friction in their existing IT environment.
Based at the TCS Synergy Park Campus in Hyderabad, the CoE is aimed at developing solutions that make AI real for customers. The centre will act as an experience hub designed to enable customers to achieve higher levels of autonomy by following the TCS five-level Services Autonomy Model. It will bring together the best of TCS and Cisco to develop Next Gen AI-first solutions across industry verticals and demonstrate contextualized offerings tailored to client-specific business processes.
This shift towards ‘Autonomous Operations’ will be powered by an Agentic AI mesh, enabling systems to:
- Sense and contextualize behavioral states in real time using observability
- Assist and automate through conversational AI layers
- Orchestrate and self-heal via intelligent automation frameworks
This merely is not a shift in technology or efficiency, but it changes how IT supports business goals by shifting the focus from IT performance matrix alone to business outcomes. It also moves enterprises away from siloed operations to more integrated experience-focused operating models.
Tim Coogan, Senior Vice President, Global Partner Sales, Cisco, said, “The Center of Excellence is a testament to the strength of our longstanding partnership with TCS. By combining Cisco’s AI-driven technology with TCS’ deep industry expertise, we are empowering our mutual customers to accelerate their journey toward autonomous operations and achieve unprecedented business agility.”
- Rajanna, President, Technology Software and Services, TCSsaid,“TCS and Cisco have a long history of over two decades in delivering innovation at scale, and we are pleased to expand this collaboration with the launch of the Center of Excellence for Autonomous Enterprise. The CoE will be a co-innovation platform for enterprises that will help them embrace autonomous IT operations with self-learning, self-action and self-governance capabilities. This hub will enable enterprises to accelerate their transition to Autonomous Operations through improved business agility and deliver measurable business impact.”
Cisco and TCS have had a robust partnership for over two decades and are once again joining forces to shape the future of Business Autonomy. Together, the companies are designing the future of Next Gen Connected IT ecosystems that empower enterprises to innovate, collaborate, and accelerate their journey toward Perpetually Adaptive operations. Visitors can look forward to an array of context-aware solutions that provide comprehensive, real-time visibility and AI-driven decision-making and problem-solving. These advancements are designed to enhance user experiences while significantly reducing operational overhead, setting the stage for a new era in Agent + Human Collaboration.
A mosaic of advanced products and services from both TCS and Cisco will be activated to curate customized solutions. The CoE will be powered by Cisco’s AppDynamics, Cisco Splunk, TCS ignio™, TCS Cognix™, and comprehensive enterprise-grade application and tool ecosystems.
