Tanay Kediyal joins Gloplax as Partner and Head of Client Partner Management

Tanay Kediyal, former Managing Director of Allstate India Global Capability Center (GCC) has joined Gloplax, a specialist GCC advisory and enablement company. Tanay has joined as Partner and Head of Client Partner Management. Founded by GCC industry veterans and practitioners, Gloplax has been operating in the GCC enablement and advisory space for over 6 years, with a focus on mid-sized GCCs and driven by the purpose of making offshoring simple and accessible. Aveek Mukherjee, Managing Director and Co-founder, Gloplax shared, “We are delighted to welcome Tanay to Gloplax. 

His extensive experience and deep understanding of the banking and insurance ecosystem will be instrumental in strengthening client relationships and accelerating our growth journey. Tanay brings over 28 years of extensive experience in the Banking and Insurance domain, with proven expertise across Offshore Delivery, Stakeholder Engagement, Vendor Management, Change Management, and Technical Delivery. His appointment underscores Gloplax’s commitment to strengthening client partnerships and expanding its capabilities to deliver greater value to clients worldwide. Tanay shared, “I am excited to embark on this new phase of my career, contributing from the consulting side to the GCC growth story. I am eagerly looking forward to applying my practitioner’s lens to support, guide, and partner with GCCs on their growth journeys.”  

Most recently, Tanay served as Managing Director at Allstate India, a strategic talent center supporting technology, operations, claims, and analytics functions for The Allstate Corporation. Prior to that, Tanay held several leadership roles at Wells Fargo Bank’s Global Services across India and the Philippines,  including leading the Hyderabad GCC and overseeing Technology, Operations, Knowledge Services, Risk Services, and Data Analytics. As CAO for the India centers, Tanay built governance frameworks across all three sites while also helping drive the establishment of greenfield GCC centers in Hyderabad, Chennai, and Manila.  

Having scaled multiple operations from inception to maturity, Tanay has been instrumental in transforming and developing high-performing Technology and Operations teams and specialized insurance capabilities in legal, medical, and property domains. Throughout his career, he has partnered with diverse clients including BSE, Sharekhan, GE Capital, Tata Steel, and Air Mauritius. Earlier, he led Technology functions at ANZ Bank and undertook international assignments in Australia, 

the Philippines, the UK, and Mauritius. Tanay is actively involved in community initiatives, supporting United Way Hyderabad. He is also an active member of 

NASSCOM Pune and a supporter of the CII GCC Forum.
