Based in Ludhiana, the mobility focused company is expanding its presence across Petrol, LPG, CNG, and Electric Vehicle segments. Tamal Das brings 24 years of experience in the automotive industry, with expertise in business strategy, market expansion, and mobility driven growth. His appointment aligns with the company’s long term plans for scale and diversification.
Before joining RCJ Auto Forge Private Limited, Tamal Das built a strong professional track record across several leading automotive and mobility organisations. His previous roles include stints at Altigreen Propulsion Labs, TVS Motor Company, Nissan Motor India Private Limited, and Tata Motors. Across these organisations, he played a key role in driving market development and improving operational performance.
Tamal Das holds an MBA degree from the R A Podar Institute of Management, Faculty of Management Studies, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. His academic background, combined with extensive industry exposure, positions him well to support the company’s next phase of growth.
RCJ Auto Forge Private Limited is currently expanding its footprint across 28 global markets and 15 Indian states. The company is also strengthening its electric vehicle portfolio with products such as ATOM DLX and ATOM MAX MILE. In addition, it is preparing for the launch of new three wheeler and electric scooter offerings as part of its broader mobility strategy.
With Tamal Das stepping into the role of Chief Business Officer, the company aims to sharpen its business focus and accelerate expansion across domestic and international markets while building a stronger presence in the evolving electric mobility space.
