In this role, he will focus on strengthening the company’s talent acquisition strategy and hiring execution as Table Space continues to expand across key markets in India.
Before joining Table Space, Malhotra served as Director – Talent Acquisition at Rapido, where he led end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for the high-growth consumer mobility platform. He worked closely with founders and CXOs on workforce planning, leadership hiring, and organization design. During his tenure, he built and led a multi-layered talent acquisition team to support hiring at scale. His work also focused on improving offer acceptance rates, reducing vendor dependency, strengthening employer branding, and establishing data-driven hiring governance across technology, product, and business functions.
Earlier, Malhotra worked as Talent Acquisition Manager at Alliance Data Card Services, where he led hiring strategy for analytics, data engineering, IT, and risk roles during the company’s India expansion phase. In this role, he partnered with CXOs on workforce planning and headcount prioritisation while developing hiring dashboards and analytics frameworks to improve decision-making and recruitment efficiency.
He also served as Talent Acquisition Lead at EY, where he built and scaled the analytics hiring function from the ground up. Under his leadership, the team expanded hiring from 0 to nearly 80 professionals across data, analytics, and related roles. He also introduced competency-based evaluation frameworks and delivered most hiring through direct sourcing, significantly reducing reliance on external recruitment vendors.
Malhotra previously spent more than 4 years with Absolutdata Analytics as Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition, where he managed end-to-end hiring across analytics, data science, data engineering, sales, marketing, and research functions. During this period, he also led talent acquisition improvement initiatives including hiring dashboards, referral program enhancements, and applicant tracking system development.
Earlier in his career, Malhotra worked for nearly 3 years with WNS Global Services as Lead Analyst, Talent Mapping & Sourcing (Korn/Ferry International), supporting global executive search projects through leadership talent mapping, market research, and CXO long-listing.
With experience across analytics, consulting, technology, and mobility sectors, Malhotra is expected to strengthen Table Space’s hiring capabilities as the company continues its growth journey in India.
